	Congratulations are in order to Lucas Murray our 2010 Stark County Amateur Champion for not only the victory, but, for setting a new course record at the Sanctuary Golf Club with a 65 in our final round. Great job Lucas! On the business side of the Stark County Amateur Golf Association we are looking for possibly two people to step up and take seats on the board. Ken Shranko, our Treasurer has to step down due to relocating to South Carolina and I would like someone to replace me as Tournament Director. After 3 years I just don't have it in me anymore. I just don't feel that I'm the man qualified enough to run this anymore or doing a good enough job for you, our players. I care too much and I worry too much about our events that I feel I might have failed to provide everyone quality tournaments to play in. It's time for me to pass the torch on to someone that can better serve you. For all those interested in taking these positions, please e-mail us at mike@scaga.com or sabarbas1970@aol.com so we can consider you for the job. Our next and hopefully not our last event is at Chippewa on August 15th. Hope to see everyone there one last time, this year anyways.
